Intended target audience

Considering I already had a rough idea of creating a superhero film, I believe I could appeal to a wide audience from 12 - 40+ years across most demographics. However, as I figured out my narrative and worked on my postmodern, genre challenging plot, I started to reassess my original audience.




Rough idea for audience:





Male/ female from 12 - 40+ year.





D - B3 demographic - working to upper middle class.




Specific audience profile:











As I was undertaking surveys at this time, I decided to query the survey audience on who they thought would be appealed to watch my theatrical trailer after reading a synopsis and character outlines.





















Final intended target audience:


Male/ female from 15 - 30+ years.


D - B1 demographic, working to lower middle class.

    Good work Alex, you have begun to explore the appeal of your film and to link it to specific demographics; I think you're right about the age-group.
