My theatrical trailer has many minor characters who play a small part to the plot yet there is also a fair few of main characters that are shown throughout.
The Protagonist
The Protagonist, who is without a name (like in Fight Club and Following), is a man made redundant. Worried for his girlfriend more than himself, he attempts to get a job anyway possible. He appears quite a selfless character but it also seems he's love-struck; being almost obsessed with his girlfriend. Furthermore, this trait could hide his individualism. The Suit

'The Suit' is the Protagonist's superhero persona and the protector of London. 'The Suit' is extremely violent and usually leaves criminals in damaging states as he believes they deserve no better.
The Girlfriend

Whilst the girlfriend is fairly unseen, she plays a major role in the plot. She has an underlying love for the Protagonist and like him, seems lovestruck. Her absence in the trailer makes her an ambiguous character audiences will want to see more of. Her relationship with the Protagonist could also represent the 'starcrossed lovers' Romeo and Juilet.
Gangster Boss
Not much is seen of the Gangster Boss, he's primarily the reason why the Protagonist becomes 'The Suit' as he sees the character's seediness. He also appears during the end of the trailer when 'The Suit' attempts to fraud a crime and put the blame on him.
The Driver
The Driver is concerned for the Protagonist and asks him various questions about redundancy throughout the trailer. This is mainly for plot reveal but also how distressing the subject of redundancy is.
